Since 1998, Développements McGill has mastered the art of creating contemporary, classic and comfortable living spaces, as proven by the Outremont Convent at the base of Mount Royal or the Caverhill, 777 and Orléans condominiums in Old Montréal. Founded by Philippe Boisclair, Stéphane Côté and Christian Dusablon – three architecture and design enthusiasts – Développements McGill is currently building the Montréal of tomorrow for an entire generation of urban residents. Lofts, boutique apartments, pied-à-terre or condominiums: a multitude of smart living spaces are offered, all respectful of Développements McGill’s vision of achieving a better understanding in order to create better living. In 2005, they continue their progression with their new M9 Condominiums in Montréal’s Havre district. It’s a tribute to technicolour, transparency and urban living.
